Cedar Falls Mayor Rob Green has narrowly won a runoff election by just 97 votes, according to KWWL. Green took 51% of the vote while challenger and at-large City Councilman Dave Sires received 49% of the vote. Sires came in first in the November 2nd election where he received 40% of vote with Green coming in second with 31% of the vote leading to the runoff. Sires could ask for a recount before the results are made official.
