A Charles City woman has pleaded guilty to two violent attacks in February, according to KIMT. 25 year old Tanara Harris was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury after she punched another person in the face on February 9th. Then, two days later she deliberately ran her car into another. When an occupant of that car got out and tried to run, Harris hit that person with her car, launching them onto the hood of her vehicle. Harris then got out, threw the victim to the ground and kicked them in the face.
