Three friends have been arrested in Charles City after they allegedly beat another person on Halloween night, according to KIMT. Court documents say that the three friends became drunk and got into a verbal altercation with the victim before they began repeatedly hitting the victim. The victim was left with a severe cut to the left eyebrow, a left orbital fracture, and left orbital muscle damage. 28 year old Brandon and Zachary Starkey of Charles City and 31 year old Michelle Keagle of Morris, Illinois have all been charged with Assault Causing Serious Injury.
