Cedar Falls Police are investigating a shooting on Halloween night, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to the 800 block of West 28th Street at around 10:20 Friday night. They determined that two males got into a physical altercation during which a single shot was fired. Both males were hospitalized for injuries suffered in the fight, but not gunshot wounds. The names of the males have not been released. The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
