The Bremer County Health Department is shifting its focus away from home medical services. As of October 14th the department is medicare decertified, meaning only people without insurance or who wish to pay without insurance can get home health.
Bremer County Health Department administrator Lindley Sharp explains the new focus.
They will keep doing other services like their popular foot clinics.
