Heroin Seller Facing Charges

A Waterloo man who allegedly sold heroin to a man who later died of an overdose has had new charges filed against him, according to KWWL. 38 year old Marcus Sallay was arrested on Tuesday and charged with involuntary manslaughter. Now Sallay is also facing opioid sales charges. The new charges come from monitored sales while police were investigating Sallay’s connection to the death of Adam Sharkey. Sharkey was found dead in his apartment back on February 15. Sallay allegedly sold him heroin the night before his death.
