The Waterloo School Board may approve a change to the high school boundaries within the city at their meeting Monday night, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The district is proposing that students who live north of the river attend East High. This would help balance enrollment between East and West. If approved, the change would go into effect next school year. The new, combined high school is projected to open in the Fall of 2028.
