A high speed chase through the snow led law enforcement through Black Hawk and Buchanan Counties Thursday, according to KWWL. Authorities were called to the Isle Casino in Waterloo yesterday for a disturbance. The suspect jumped into their vehicle and sped off onto Highway 20, headed east. Stop sticks were deployed near Independence to bring the chase to an end. The suspect has not yet been named. The Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office says there was a warrant out for his arrest. It is unclear exactly what charges the man faces. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
