Cedar Falls Police have made an arrested after a high speed chase Wednesday night. Officers witnessed the vehicle speeding on University Avenue after 11:00 p.m. Wednesday night. When they pursued the vehicle, the driver refused to pull over. Finally the chase ended in the 1900 block of College Street. The driver, Shawn Brewster, was arrested on multiple charges including reckless driving and eluding.
