High Speed Chase in Fredericksburg

A Waterloo man was taken into custody after a high speed chase near Fredericksburg last week, according to KIMT. 31 year old Johnny Harris, Jr pulled up to a home in Fredericksburg as Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Deputies were taking a report of a violation of a no contact order. Once they identified Harris, he fled, leading to a high speed chase. Stop sticks had to be deployed to stop Harris, who tried to flee on foot once his vehicle was disabled. However he did not get far before being captured.
