American Idol contestant and Clarksville native Maddie Poppe has made it to the final round of the hit national television series, the first Iowan to do so. To celebrate her success, the city of Clarksville is hosting a parade at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday night which will be filmed and featured in the upcoming episode of American Idol. After which, Maddie Poppe will perform live at the Butler County Fair at 6:30 for the public.
