A house in Gilbertville was left with severe damage to the second floor after a fire broke out Wednesday afternoon, according to KWWL. A passerby noticed smoke coming from the second floor and called 911. Firefighters quickly arrived on scene and made entry and were able to contain the fire to the second floor. They say the fire started near an outlet but the exact cause remains under investigation. Nobody was home at the time of the fire.
