A building will be moving locations in Waverly Thursday, possibly causing traffic delays. Goodwin House Moving will be moving a building from Southeast Elementary to the new Bremer County Fairgrounds. The move will begin Thursday morning at 9:00 and will take approximately two hours to complete. Goodwin will be assisted by the Iowa Department of Transportation and the Waverly Police Department as they travel along the Cedar River Parkway and East Bremer Avenue.
