Mayor Chuck Infelt announced his intentions to run for re-election last week. As of now nobody has stepped forward and announced they will opposed Mayor Infelt. Should somebody do so, they will have to meet some criteria first.
Bremer County Auditor and Commissioner of Elections, Shelley Wolf, tells us what that criteria would be.
Wolf says even if nobody runs against Infelt it will still be voted upon with the option to write in a name. Should a write in win, they too would have to meet the criteria.
