Another inmate has escaped from the Waterloo Regional Correctional Facility, according to KWWL. 19 year old Alexander Carman failed to return to the facility on Friday. Carman was being held after being convicted of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon in Dubuque County. He had been at the work release facility since mid October. Carman is described as a white male standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 138 pounds. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
