Another inmate has escaped from the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 22 year old Dana Scott failed to return to the facility on Monday. He had been serving time on a charge of second degree Robbery after he and two others beat up a Waterloo man and stole $5 from him in August of 2017. Scott had been transferred to the facility on March 16th for work release. He is described as a Black male standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 217 pounds.
