Authorities are looking to the public to help locate an inmate who did not return to a halfway house on Tuesday night, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 26 year old London Walker was convicted of intimidation with a dangerous weapon and other crimes. He is described as a black male standing 6 feet tall and weighing 176 pounds. He had been at the work release facility since January 8 of this year. If you have any information on his whereabouts your are asked to contact your local police.
