A Janesville woman who turned in a number of winning scratch-off lotto tickets has been arrested for allegedly stealing the tickets during a break-in.
Stephany Rae Hewitt, 28, was arrested Jan. 24 for 12 counts of lottery theft and one count of third-degree burglary. She remains in the Black Hawk County Jail with bond set at $33,000.
