A juvenile boy was taken into custody early Thursday morning in Cedar Falls after he allegedly led police on a chase. Police say they spotted a suspicious black 2016 Chevy Equinox near Cedar Ridge Christian School, the old Cedar Falls High School, on Division Street at 12:40 Thursday morning. As they approached, the vehicle fled. The chase ultimately ended in the C lot on the University of Northern Iowa campus. The driver, who has not been named publicly due to his age, has been charged with second degree Theft and Eluding.
