A Waterloo man has been charged with First Degree Kidnapping after allegedly locking a woman in her bedroom for eight hours and sexually abusing her three times during the ordeal, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police in Bettendorf say 31 year old Lamont Lloyd locked the woman, with whom he previously had a relationship, in her own bedroom and beat her in addition to the sexual abuse. Lloyd allegedly left injuries on the victim’s face and head. He also is accused of coercing her to take him to an ATM to withdraw money from her account for him. While there the woman saw two people and screamed for help. Lloyd then drove the vehicle from the scene with the woman hanging out of the open passenger’s side door. Lloyd was arrested in Black Hawk County on July 19th and charged with Domestic Abuse Assault Second offense and Assault Causing Serious Injury.
