The Kwik Star on East Bremer Avenue in Waverly, known as Kwik Star East will be without gas for about three weeks. They will be adding the E15 gasoline blend, marketed as Unleaded 88 but need to re-equip the pumps to do so. This will leave the east side of the river without a gas station and with the bridge still out, drivers will likely need to use Lover’s Lane to get to the Casey’s on Bremer Avenue or Cedar Valley Parkway to the Casey’s on 4th Street SW or the Kwik Star South on 4th St SW. The Kwik Star east store will stay open during the construction.
