Thursday, April 5th marks the day of lane closures of the outside lanes in both directions between First Street NE/SE and Eighth Street NE/SE on Bremer Avenue in Waverly as the reconstruction project gets under way. Traffic will be restricted to one lane in each direction. The will be no on street parking in the work zone.
