Tuesday, November 7th is election day. In Waverly a new mayor will be chosen. The race is between Mark Anderson and Tim Kangas. Hospital trustees and Waverly Shell Rock Community School District Board of Directors will also be chosen. Ward 2 will also vote on a contested City Council spot between Jennifer Wolff and James Rademacher.
Voters in Shell Rock will also vote for Waverly Shell Rock Board Of Directors members.
In Sumner there are three candidates for mayor, Billy Lehmkuhl, Sonja Lampe, and Brian Bockhaus. At Large School Board of Directors for Sumner Fredericksburg is being contested by Michael DeSloover, Janet Wendland, and Jamie Steege. For City Council two of Isaac Richmond, George Heying, and Brad Gade will win seats.
In Tripoli three of Cami Franzen, Ryan Greenwald, Trevor Bunce, Kelby Bergmann, Kyle Kirchhoff, and Laren Ensign will win spots on the School Board. Denver will vote for two council members of Denise Urich, Mark Richmann, and Curtis Junker. They also will decide on three School Board Directors between Owen Teeling, Heather Prendergast, Patrick Giesler, and Randy Lewis.
Clarksville will decide on a mayor between Michael Grantham and Jerald Heuer. They also will decide on two City Council seats between Jessica Reints, Ruth Saulsbury, Sarah Wehling, and Amy Learn.
