An Evansdale sexual predator has been arrested for allegedly abusing a girl in 2021, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 40 year old William Lynn was charged on Friday with second degree Sexual Abuse as well as several probation violation warrants. His bond has been set at $100,000. Lynn admitted to detectives that he had sexual contact with a female child at a location in Waterloo in 2021. He was also wanted for failing to notify authorities when he moved to new addresses in 2020 and 2021. He was required to register as a sex offender after he had sexual contact with a girl under the age of 14 in Michigan in 2002.
