A man stole two lottery ticket machines from a store in Waterloo last Wednesday according to KWWL. The man walked into the B&B East at 1615 Bishop Avenue and pretended to be an employee sent to work on the machines. He walked out of the store with the machines and did not return. He was wearing a mask at the time, obscuring his face. Nothing else from the store was taken. No arrests have been made to this point. The lottery machines have not been located to this point.
