A Charles City man has been sentenced to probation after being found with LSD during a traffic stop, according to KIMT. 20 year old Samuel Kiewel was pulled over on Old Highway Road on November 20th. The officer noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Kiewel surrendered the drug and the device to inhale it. Investigators also found four squares of acid, a glass jar containing 4 grams of marijuana concentrate, and 24 packages of marijuana gummies. Kiewel confessed to selling the drugs. He received a deferred judgment meaning this conviction will be removed from his record if he completes his probation.
