A maintenance man at an apartment building in Waterloo was cited after entering a woman’s apartment in the early morning hours last week. The woman awoke around 6:00 in the morning to find 39 year old Amir Miskic standing over her bed. She told him to leave her apartment, which he did. When police contacted Miskic he told them the woman had said “hi” to him the night before, which he took as an invitation to come over. Miskic, who lives in the same apartment complex, had a key to her apartment as the maintenance man. He was charged with first offense trespassing and was released pending trial.
