A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a woman in his home, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 51 year old Tyrone Smith Sr. was charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. Smith is accused of making sexual comments to the woman and kissing her neck and groping her thighs and buttocks on November 16th. The woman told him to stop and that she wanted to leave but he allegedly began pulling at her pants. She eventually was able to make her way to the door. Davis was on his knees begging her to stay and biting her buttocks. The woman then texted a friend “please help”. That friend would soon arrive to help her get away but the Davis made the woman pinky promise not ot tell anyone what happened. His bond was set at $7,500.
