A Waterloo man has been arrested on federal gun charges, according to KWWL. 29 year old Perquondis Holmes has been charged with intimidation with a dangerous weapon, reckless use of a firearm, and flight to avoid prosecution. Holmes was found in possession of a glock pistol back on August 31 of 2018, despite prior felony convictions. Holmes was convicted in 2015 of murder in the 2013 death of 18 year old Dae’Quan Campbell, however he was granted a new trial and was found not guilty in 2016.
