A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly attacking his roommate with a knife, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police says that 26 year old Jamesly Exceus got into an argument with his roommate, Akeilus Wilson, early Sunday morning. After Wilson retired to his bedroom Exceus allegedly grabbed a knife and when he found the bedroom door locked began stabbing the door before breaking down the door. A scuffle allegedly ensued in which Wilson was able to wrestle the knife away from Exceus, suffering cuts to his hand and thumb. Exceus then fled the residence covered in blood. He went to a neighbors home who called police. After an investigation they charged Exceus with first degree Burglary. His bond was set at $25,000.
