A Charles City man has been arrested for allegedly injuring his four month old son, according to KIMT. 22 year old Ezekiel Larson was the sole caretaker of his son on September 6th when the child suffered severe injuries to his head. Larson did not get medical attention for his son until four days later despite the child vomiting and not eating or sleeping. Larson has been charged with Child Endangerment Resulting in Serious Injury. It is unclear how the child received the injuries to his head.
