A man was arrested after leading authorities on a chase through Waterloo and Cedar Falls on Friday morning, according to KWWL. 33 year old Rocky Truax has been charged with eluding, controlled substance violations, and carrying weapons. Officers initially tried to pull him over for running a red light and speeding on Highway 218 around 3 am Friday. He refused to stop however leading to a chase into Cedar Falls. Truax eventually came to a stop after hitting a tree in the 5 Seasons Mobile Home Park.
