Cedar Falls Police have arrested William Terry Wright, 29, of Waterloo, for indecent exposure.
A female runner alleges Wright exposed himself as she ran past him near the intersection of Melrose Drive and Valley Park Drive in Cedar Falls on July 22.
He is being held at the Black Hawk County jail.
