The Cedar Falls Police have arrested a man who led them on a chase Sunday. Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the area of West 12th and College Streets. They attempted to pull the vehicle over, but the vehicle led them on a chase through Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and Elk Run Heights. Stop sticks were successfully deployed which brought the chase to an end. 38 year old Demarco Harris was arrested and charged with Eluding 2nd offense, Driving While License Suspended, and various traffic violations. He also had two warrants out for his arrest, one for Domestic Assault Impeding Air or Blood Flow and the other for Violation of Parole.
