A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing two teens, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 37 year old Nicholas Stokes was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts each of sexual exploitation of a child and third degree sexual abuse. Stokes had allegedly been abusing a teenage girl from 2018 to 2020. He is also accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy in 2019. Investigators say that Stokes used SnapChat to get nude pictures of the two. Officers also found pictures of the girl on his phone.
