A former Arlington man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a girl when she was five and six years old, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 38 year old Lawrence Robbins, now of Decorah, was arrested by Fayette County deputies on Tuesday on two counts of second degree Sexual Abuse and one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The abuse allegedly began in 2014 when the girl was five and continued after she turned six. Investigators recently obtained digital evidence of the crime, identified the victim, and interviewed her.
