A Waterloo man has been arrested for shooting at a vehicle in November, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Neighbors called police around 9pm on November 27th and reported hearing five to seven gunshots in the 1100 block of West Sixth Street. The case went unsolved until an April 20th traffic stop. A gun was found in that vehicle. Ballistics tests linked that gun to the November shooting. 20 year old Jonathan Fully has been charged with Reckless Use of a Firearm.
