A Waterloo man was arrested after shooting guns in the air to celebrate the Fourth of July, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to a home at 1432 Vine Street where they found 43 year old Loomis Huang sitting in his garage. He admitted to shooting his guns in the air to celebrate the holiday. Police seized two .22 caliber handguns and a 9mm pistol. No damage was reported. Huang was charged with Reckless Use of a Firearm.
