A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of electrical cables from a construction site, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 43 year old Jason Grovier has been charged with first degree Theft. Police say they have recovered surveillance video that shows Grovier taking the cables from a construction site in the area of Falls Avenue and Duryea Street and loading them into his truck. The cables belonged to Gabe’s Construction and were valued at $10,000.
