A Dunkerton man has been arrested for sending sexually explicit pictures to someone he thought was a 14 year old girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 23 year old Devin Howes met someone who he thought was a 14 year old girl on Reddit. He asked the girl for pictures of her breasts and then sent her pictures of his genitals. The girl turned out to be an undercover Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy. Howes has been charged with Grooming, Dissemination of Obscene Material to a Minor, and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
