A Waterloo man has been arreseted for allegedly torturing a kitten, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Waterloo Police allegedly obtained a video showing 43 year old Kenneth Jackson squeezing the kitten’s body while it meowed and screeched in pain. Jackson is then apparently seen slamming the cat on the floor. The cat struggled to move and get to its feet for several minutes before the video ends. Jackson has been charged with one count of Animal Torture and is being held on a $15,000 bond.
