A Waterloo man has been arrested after allegedly kicking in the door to a car and attempting to break into a home in a dispute with a neighbor over money, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 36 year old Terrence Williams has been charged with second degree Attempted Burglary, second degree Criminal Mischief, and Interference with Official Acts. Around 4:45pm yesterday a neighbor called police to report vandalism. Officers say Williams kicked in the door and window to a Ford Taurus parked outside the neighbor’s home.
