An Independence man has been charged by Cedar Falls Police after allegedly convincing a minor to send him nude pictures, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 50 year old Andrew Miller was arrested on Tuesday and charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. He allegedly requested and received nude pictures of the girl between August and November of last year. He is being held on a $15,000 bond.
