A Waterloo man has been charged in the death of his girlfriend last year, according to KWWL. Lamarcus Williams is accused of stabbing 39 year old Rebecca Taylor to death on November 30th. Taylor called 911 on that night, telling dispatchers that Williams was trying to kill her. When police arrived on scene they found Taylor unconscious. She would later die from her injuries at a hospital. When police talked to Williams he allegedly admitted to assaulting Taylor. He was arrested on Domestic Assault charges. He has now been charged with second degree Murder. Williams is being held on a $1million cash only bond.
