A Farley man has been found guilty of sexually abusing a UNI freshman, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 23 year old Zachary Lindauer was found guilty of third degree Sexual Abuse. He faces up to 10 years in prison. He met the victim at Sharkeys the day she moved into her dorm. Later he walked her back to her dorm where he had sex with her either by pushing her down when she tried to get up or by taking advantage of her incapacitated state. Lindauer testified that the woman had consented.
