A man has been arrested for the second time this month for drunkenly walking down the middle of a street while carrying weapons, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police arrested 49 year old Wes Weisse in the 100 block of East Fourth Street around 2:30 Sunday morning. He was carrying a speaker which was loudly playing music. Even more concerning to police was that he was allegedly carrying a sword, a crossbow, and knives as well. Police noted that Weisse was having trouble walking and smelled of alcohol. Weisse declined to take a breath test and was taken into custody. He was arrested on December 13th for a very similar incident. He was found walking down the middle of West Fourth Street while wearing military clothing and carrying knives and a speaker at 2:20 in the morning.
