A man was arrested after running from police at the Isle Casino in Waterloo early Sunday morning, according to KWWL. Police were dispatched to the Isle around 4:00 Sunday morning for a complaint about handicapped parking. The responding officer was walking around the casino floor when a man, later identified as Drew Scarborough, began briskly walking to the door. He eventually took off running.
