An Independence man has been indicted by a grand jury on multiple counts related to child pornography, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 41 year old Curtis Lellig allegedly has been receiving chld porn since September of 2015 and distributing it since December of 2022. He has been indicted on one count each of Distribution of Child Porn and Receipt of Child Porn and two counts each of Possession of Child Porn and Accessing Child Porn. He has pleaded not guilty and will go to trial in June.
