A man injured in a shooting in Waterloo Friday morning has now died from his wounds, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Neighbors called 911 around 11:00 a.m. Friday to report gunfire. When police arrived on scene they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach at 236 Boston Avenue. Officers began lifesaving measures until paramedics arrived. The man was taken to Allen Hospital but was later pronounced dead. His name has not been released to this point. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact Waterloo Police.
