A Cedar Falls man who is on parole for exposing himself to female teenagers in Butler County in 2018 has been arrested for allegedly making false reports, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 26 year old Jameson Hulbert has been charged with three counts of Making a False Report. Police say he called in several reports of someone pointing a gun at him and a female acquaintance to both Black Hawk and Butler County authorities that turned out to be fake on December 2nd and 3rd. Hulbert is also awaiting trial for allegedly assaulting a female on December 4th in Cedar Falls.
